Event DetailsOur “New Leash On Life” Walkathon draws nearly 1,000 two-legged participants and almost as many participants who trot for charity on four paws.Graduates of Guiding Eyes, friends and corporate sponsors participate in the beautiful ten-mile walk a 5K run through F.D.R. State Park in Yorktown Heights, New York, helping to raise much-needed funds for Guiding Eyes. The Walk/Run is held annually, on the Sunday of Columbus Day weekend.
