Friends & Resources
Guiding Eyes for the Blind is deeply grateful for the support of the individuals, corporations, and foundations that make our work possible.
Featured Friend
The Readers Digest Partners for Sight Foundation (PFS) and Guiding Eyes have worked side by side, since their inceptions in the 1950s, toward a parallel mission to increase the self-reliance and dignity of blind and visually impaired persons. Guiding Eyes is the recipient of two PFS grants. The first, awarded in 2002, enabled the school to raise $1 million and establish the Reader’s Digest Partners for Sight Special Needs Endowment. Guiding Eyes was awarded a second PFS challenge in late 2006, with a November 1, 2009 deadline.
We are deeply grateful to PFS for their ongoing support of our work. For more information, visit www.partnersforsight.org.
