Accessibility Statement

Guiding Eyes for the Blind strives to ensure that its website and services are accessible to people with disabilities, including those who are blind or with vision loss.

It is with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence, that Guiding Eyes has invested significant resources in improving its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

Guiding Eyes for the Blind believes it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible, and unhindered use for those of us with disabilities. In an ongoing effort to continually improve and remediate accessibility issues, the website’s level of accessibility and ease of use are monitored regularly and tested with assistive technology, to identify possible accessibility barriers.

Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on Guidingeyes.org fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution.

If you wish to report an accessibility issue, are experiencing difficulty with any content on the site, have questions or require assistance with any part of Guidingeyes.org, please contact us at info@guidingeyes.org and we will be happy to assist.
