My favorite colors are pink and red.  I love to eat anything Italian, but creamy pesto sauce is my favorite!  I am a reality show junkie… I haven’t missed a season of Survivor or Celebrity Apprentice.

2) How many years have you been at Guiding Eyes?
I started at Guiding Eyes in December 1998 and became an apprentice in December 1999.  Wow…just realized that this December will be 15 years – amazing!

3) How did you become interested in the guide dog field?
Throughout my life I have worked with dogs and people.  I spent my college years working at dog kennels and volunteering at shelters.  After college I pursued my masters in education.  During that time I realized I needed dogs in my career – not just people.  Lucky for me I found Guiding Eyes – a job that allowed me to train dogs and work with people.  The rest is history.

There is no best part; it is all great!  I am so very fortunate to be part of an organization that does so much for others.
