We hope you and your pup are well! Summer is just around the corner, and with it, two of the most widely attended conferences of the year for those who are blind or visually impaired. We are thrilled to let our graduates know that Guiding Eyes representatives will be traveling to Florida for both the National Federation of the Blind and American Council of the Blind conventions. Michelle Tang, Shannon McGee, Nikki Wentz, and I will be in Orlando, and Lori Busse, Caroline Walsh, Nikki Wentz, and I will be in Jacksonville.
In keeping with past traditions, we plan to hold a graduate meet up in both cities, with details to be shared in the coming weeks. If you are interested in participating, stopping by our booth in the exhibit hall, or just letting us know you’ll be there to say hello, please respond to this message or email mcarney@guidingeyes.org so we can keep you in the loop. We look forward to seeing many of you in July and getting to know more of our graduate community!
