Application and Policies – Puppy raising is an act of generosity that will have a profound impact on someone’s life. It is a considerable commitment, but a very rewarding one. Below is the sample Raiser Agreement and key policies of the Guiding Eyes Puppy Program, designed to promote the safety & care of our puppies. This application indicates your interest in finding out more about raising a puppy and will be sent to the region selected. You will hear from a Guiding Eyes representative within two weeks and be invited to attend classes that will answer your questions and help you prepare to become a puppy raiser. We ask our potential raisers to be well informed when making this important decision, so be sure to review the above policies.
