Today I want to express how thankful I am to Guiding Eyes for the Blind – the puppy raisers, instructors and those that donate. My husband David has gotten three guide dogs from there and it is amazing what they do.
I love watching his current guide dog, Michael, put his head in the harness when it’s time to go somewhere. His tail wags – yet he takes his job very seriously. Together, David and Michael move with confidence and grace. They face some of life’s greatest challenges and come out on the other side glowing like a rainbow after a storm.
